All the items you can find in this store are custom printed just for you, so unfortunately I cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

Please check that the contact details you provide me are correct (it is very important that you verify the delivery address and telephone number). If the information you provide us is incorrect and the shipping company cannot contact you, the order will be returned and will not be sent again.
